After you have made your purchase, you have up to 90 minutes where you can make changes to your order. This includes;
- Changing your shipping address
- Cancelling your order
- Applying a forgotten discount code
- Change the items in the order
- Plus more
To make changes, head to your Orders page, find your order and click on it. Here you'll be able to make changes.
After 90 minutes, you will not be able to make any changes to your order. At this point, your order will sync with our warehouse and they will prepare your order.
If you have missed the window of opportunity to make critical changes to your order, please contact us immediately.
Verspätete Bestellungen
Wir schaffen es, ca. 97 % unserer Bestellungen innerhalb der voraussichtlichen Lieferzeit zu erfüllen. Gelegentlich kommt es jedoch zu Verzögerungen bei unseren Kurierdiensten, und die Bestellungen können länger dauern als erwartet.
Auf dem Postweg verloren gegangene Bestellungen
Ein Paket gilt als verloren, wenn seit der letzten aufgezeichneten Aktivität in der Sendungsverfolgung 15 Tage vergangen sind.
Zu diesem Zeitpunkt können wir eine Reklamation bei unserem Versandunternehmen einreichen und Ihnen eine Ersatzbestellung zusenden. Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns, wenn dies geschieht.
Fehlende Befehle
Manchmal wird in der Sendungsverfolgung angegeben, dass die Bestellung zugestellt wurde, aber die Bestellung scheint zu fehlen.
Es klingt seltsam, aber in diesen Fällen ist die Anbringung oft ungenau und das Paket kann 1-3 Tage später auftauchen.
Wenn Ihre Bestellung einige Tage später immer noch nicht eingetroffen ist, nehmen Sie bitte Kontakt mit uns auf und teilen Sie uns Ihre Bestelldaten mit, damit wir uns darum kümmern können.
Returns
We accept returns if your item was purchased within the last 90 days and is unopened (sealed) and undamaged.
You must take care to ensure that the items are properly packaged so they do not get damaged in transit.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different one, please email us to initiate the process. Please include your original order details, and let us know which item(s) you would like to exchange.
